1) spacious....for both its room size & bedding size (we checked into a double-queen with me as the only King)😜😜 2) all general/relevant room amenities & building facilities (as per described) were readily available & functional (eg. from stuffs inside the room to elevator service, security personal at the elevator lobby to room key-card access) 3) receptionist were "user-friendly" thru out our stay....a huge thanx to her (you know who you are)💝👍👏....too bad i didnt get her name🤪 4) f&b outlets were beyond my gastronomical believe....available at every inch of the entire apartment blocks, so long as your intestine could handle!🤑😎🤓

spacious with kitchen and very good value. The staff are friendly and when you got here, you feel like you have your own house in the center of kota kinabalu, i couldn't get any better apartment for this price and location. You can cook or you can go for a food hunter at the ground floor, got a lot of food stall and shop. Shopping? no worries center point is just about 5 minutes walk from this apartments. Parking? no worries, they have plenty at the basement, only rm 3when you drive out. Make sure you go to the counter after get back from outside to get their parking stamp for discount parking fee.

Stayed there for almost a month. I got the Deluxe Studio Room with kitchenette. The room was spacious, cleanliness acceptable, can request for room cleaning every 3 days. Staff always helpful. And the security guard were excellent in doing their job. Location-wise, great. Near laundry, bank and food court. Easy to commute via Grab. If you're travelling with your own car, parking can be a hassle. But the hotel provides parking at the basement. I had a wonderful stay there. For this price, it's worth the stay.

Location was strategic.. Room was spacious and clean..Foods stalls, restaurants, mini marts, mini supermarket every here and there..left and right.. no need to worry about you will starving in the middle of the night ..Staffs very friendly and helpful..feel welcome!!.. Overall awesome and highly recommended place to stay.. Definitely will come back again👍👍

I got two room. standard room is like any other hotel room they have. just nice and perfect. but for family room, room is very big. but it only has one small air conditioner. so the room takes longer time to cool. maybe if a fan is provided, the experience of staying there would be better. room is gigantic.
